Professional activity of the Faculty of Law (UEL) in January 2024 with the topic "Legal aspects of deposits"
On the morning of January 24, 2023, the Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Law organized a periodic professional activity with a sharing by Mr. Lien Dang Phuoc Hai (LLM) on the topic: "Legal aspects of deposits".
The professional event was attended by lecturers of the Faculty of Law, graduate students of the University of Economics and Law and lecturers of a number of other law training institutions.
At the event, participating teachers and lecturers had discussions to clarify legal issues surrounding the security measure of ensuring the performance of obligations by deposit according to the laws of Vietnam and some countries, thereby suggesting related topics and research directions.
