⚖️ Recognizing this, under the guidance of the Faculty of Law, Clinical Legal Education of the University of Economics and Law (CLE - UEL) is proud to present a Seminar on the topic “Legal Culture and Comparative Law”. This event aims to shed light on the role of legal culture in shaping legal systems, as well as how comparative law approaches the differences between major legal systems worldwide.
💡 How exactly does legal culture shape a country’s legal system? How does comparative law help us understand the differences between global legal systems? These are the key questions we will explore in the upcoming Seminar.
