The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council, in collaboration with Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (implemented by the University of Economics and Law), will host a scientific conference titled “Operating the Two-Tier Local Government Model – Current Situation and Solutions.”
The conference aims to examine the practical implementation of the two-tier urban government model in Ho Chi Minh City, identify existing challenges, and propose legal and policy solutions to enhance urban governance effectiveness.
