On June 27th, 2021, with the permission of the Board of Rectors and under the direction of the Board of Deans of Faculty of Law, the Semi-final and Final of “JUSTICE BATTLE” SEASON V 2021 Competition was organized successfully by Clinical Legal Education, University of Economics and Law (CLE - UEL).
Due to the complication of COVID-19 pandemic, the Semi-final and Final of the Competition were held online for the sake of the community’s health. However, both rounds were still guaranteed in terms of organizational process and brought plenty of emotions to participants and viewers.
In this year’s Competition, it was a great honor for the Organizing Committee to welcome Judges, Lawyers and Lecturers with many years of experience in Law:
- Lawyer Truong Thi Hoa – Head of Truong Thi Hoa Law Office;
- Judge Quach Huu Thai – Chief Justice of the People's Court of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City;
- Judge Nguyen Huy Hoang – Judge of the People's Court of Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province;
- Ph.D. Lawyer Luong Khai An – Head of Luong Khai An Law Office;
- Lawyer Le Trong Them – Managing Partner at LTT & Lawyers Law Firm;
- LL.M. Nguyen The Duc Tam – Lecturer of Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Law.
Besides, we highly appreciated the presence of other lecturers of Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Law:

After over 03 months since its inception, "Justice Battle" season V Competition attracted more than 30 talented teams from law training institutions throughout Ho Chi Minh City. In the Semi-final, 04 excellent teams that passed the Preliminary had extremely dramatic and attractive battles of wits. After the Semi-final, Team TROUVAILLE and Team GUCCI officially advanced to the Final of this year's Competition.
With solid knowledge, sharp thinking and reasoning skill, both team TROUVAILLE and team GUCCI had convincing debates with not only the rival team but also the Board of Judges. The confident performance of the two teams was highly appreciated by the Board of Judges and attracted a lot of interaction from people who followed the Final through the livestream broadcast.
Closing the over two-hour competition, Team TROUVAILLE officially became the Champion of “Justice Battle” season V 2021 Competition.
