3. Subjects and requirements

3.1.  Subjects:

- Basic subject: Civil Law

- Fundamental subject: Contract Law

- Language subject

3.2. Requirements: Bachelor of Law.

3.3.  Notes:

- Diplomas and Transcripts issued by foreign training facilities must be notarized in Vietnamese and submitted with the written recognition of the Testing Department and Education Quality Assurance.

4. Language Requirements for applicants.

4.1. The diplomas and certificates are recognized both input and output standards in the training process, exempted from exam in foreign languages.

- The University Certificate, Master or PhD full – time with teaching language is the language of the foreign language exam, recognized by the competent authority according to the current regulations.

- Have an University Certificate of advanced program, according to the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Training on training advanced programs at some Vietnamese universities or high quality engineering degree (PFIEV) accredited by the engineering qualification committee (CTI, France), have foreign partners with the same level, hold a diploma in English-taught programs recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training or VNU-HCM.

- The foreign language university diploma is one of the following languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese, and Japanese.

- Have an English certification equivalent to B1 according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency standard for Vietnam, from university assigned by the Ministry of Education and Training to organize exams and issue certificates: University of Languages and International Studies – Ha Noi National; Languages and International Studies  - Da Nang University; Languages and International Studies  - Hue University; Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy hay Ho Chi Minh City University of Education) ; Hanoi National University of Education; Ha Noi University; Thai Nguyen university ; Can Tho university.

- Have one of the following foreign language certificates remains valid for 2 years, counting from the date the certificate was issued to the submission date of the exam:

4.2. The certificate recognizes entry standards and is exempted from the foreign language exam.

- Certificate of foreign language exam at the graduate entrance exam held by the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, with a minimum score of 50 points.

4.3. Join in the language exam:

- In addition to the graduation diplomas, certificates and certificates above, candidates can take the foreign language exam organized by the National University of Ho Chi Minh City. Estimated exam time: May 2020
