MINISTRY OF JUSTICE – CIVIL JUDGEMENT ENFORCEMENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

The Civil Judgement Enforcement Management Department (Ministry of Justice) is announcing the recruitment of 986 civil servant positions for 2025 to work at agencies under the Department and Provincial/City Civil Judgement Enforcement Agencies.

Special Note: Recruitment is conducted via selection/admission for outstanding graduates and young scientists.

1. Key Recruitment Quotas

A total of 986 positions, including key roles at the Department and Provincial/City Agencies:

Specialist in General Affairs (Tổng hợp)
Specialist in Complaint and Denunciation Resolution (Giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo)
Specialist in Information Technology Management (Quản lý công nghệ thông tin)
And other positions (Archivist, Accountant, HR, Administration, Statistics).
2. Eligible Candidates for Selection/Admission

Recruitment is conducted via Selection/Admission (Xét tuyển) for candidates meeting the special criteria under Decree No. 179/2024/NĐ-CP, including:
Students who graduated as valedictorians (thủ khoa) or with Excellent (Giỏi) grades or higher from reputable domestic or world universities.
Students who graduated with Excellent (Xuất sắc) grades from domestic universities and achieved individual awards (Third prize or higher) in provincial/national/international Olympiads, gifted student exams, or Science-Technology competitions.
Individuals holding a Doctorate (Tiến sĩ) degree.
