On the morning of July 29, 2021, the Faculty of Law (UEL-VNU) held the seminar on “Authorized representative in the proceedings”. The seminar participants included Prof. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung - Dean of Faculty of Law, Dr. Le Nguyen Gia Thien – Vice Dean of Faculty of Law, together with lecturers, and PhD, LLM students from the Faculty of Law, University of Economics - Law.

Presented in the seminar, Nguyen Huy Hoang, PhD student of Law Faculty and also the Judge of Cam Ranh court (Khanh Hoa province), focused on analyzing the Vietnamese civil precudure law concerning authorized representative in the proceedings.

Upon the presentation, the participants actively engaged and discussed the topic.
