Seminar “The Reform of Law on Insurance Business - A Journey of 20 Years”

On June 27, 2022, the Workshop “The Reform of Law on Insurance Business - A Journey of 20 Years” took place at the University of Economics and Law with the participation of many experts, and lecturers.

The Seminar “The Reform of Law on Insurance Business - A Journey of 20 Years” with the participation of nearly 200 interested delegates.

Providing a forum for exchanging scientific ideas of researchers and practitioners about regulations on insurance business over the past time, the Faculty of Law of the University of Economics and Law held the Workshop “The Reform of Law on Insurance business - A Journey of 20 Years”.

Towards University of Economics and Law, there was the attendance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Vu Nam – Vice Rector of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung – Dean of the Faculty of Law; Dr. Le Nguyen Gia Thien - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Thi Phuong Diep, Head of Inspection – Legal Department, Head of Civil Law Subjects. With that was the participation of lecturers from Hanoi Law University, Faculty of Law, Vietnam National University Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, University of Law - Hue University, National Economics University, An Giang University, Foreign Trade University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, Banking University, Can Tho University, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, Duy Tan University, Court Academy, Hutech University, University of Economics and Law, doctoral, graduate and undergraduate students of the University of Economics and Law, judges, arbitrators, law offices, notary offices, corporate legal staff and law firms... participating via the online platform Zoom meeting.

In the opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Vu Nam – Vice Rector of the University of Economics and Law provided that the Seminar “The Reform of Law on Insurance Business - A Journey of 20 Years”, with 04 currently in-depth topic discussion papers, would focus on discussing and clarifying practical and necessary issues. The University also hoped that the Seminar would receive the sharing and the contribution of scientists and delegates.
